As long as you have cream cheese, you can transform almost anything into a dip. They’re delicious dipped in anything from vegetables to crackers. Here are a few of our go-to keto dip recipes:

  1. French Onion Dip (Easy)– Get your crackers ready because this dip is a slam dunk. With a refreshing cream cheese base and a strong onion taste, it’s salty and flavorful.
  2. Pizza Dip– When you’re wanting the delicious bliss of mozzarella cheese in all its glory, try this dish. Isn’t it gooey, saucy, and oh so pepperon-o-ney? You know what I’m talking about when I say there’s a lot of pepperoni.
  3. Spinach Artichoke Dip– Spinach dip is a traditional warm and creamy dip that goes well with almost any dipper. Prepare some keto crackers and chop up some veggies the next time you have a party, since this dip is sure to satisfy.
  4. Keto Queso– To thicken and balance out the flavor profile, regular queso is produced with sugar and cornstarch. Without the carbs or sugar, our keto queso captures that silky flavor.

  5. Deli Meats- We normally save these for last on a “sophisticated” charcuterie board, but we understand that for some folks, they’re the first! We can never say no to thinly sliced turkey, so get some for your next board game.


There are so many cheeses to choose from that we could go on and on. Instead, we divided the cheeses into several categories so you could choose your favorites.

  • Aged Cheeses- These are the tougher, drier cheeses that have had the lactose eaten out of them, making them easier to digest.
  • Soft cheeses, such as Brie, are a type of soft cheese. Because they have more lactose, they can be a little higher in carbs, but they create fantastic very creamy cheeses in general.
  • Think of your cheddars, mozzarellas, and munsters when you think of the classics.

One thing to keep in mind is that as cheese is allowed to come to room temperature, the flavor gets more refined and intense, so leave it out for a few hours before serving and you’ll be amazed at the change in flavor.

What Is a Keto Charcuterie Board and How Do I Make One?

It’s time to go a step further now that we’ve explored meat and cheese possibilities. The charcuterie board is a staple of any charcuterie board. This scrumptious board usually includes a range of meats and cheeses, but what goes into creating those Instagram-worthy boards? The following are the fundamentals for creating the best keto charcuterie board:

  • Meats– It should go without saying that meats will be a cornerstone of any keto charcuterie board. It’s up to you what kind of meats you choose, however cured meats are usually preferred because they can sit out longer than deli meats.
  • Cheese– Your cheese selections are entirely up to you, however we like aged cheeses. Making a charcuterie board is all about experimenting with different flavors, so don’t be afraid to branch out. Aged cheeses also help to avoid stomach distress since most of the lactose has been consumed, making them easier to digest (1).
  • Crackers—Now is the moment to show off all of those delectable keto crackers! Enjoy your choice of store-bought or home-made variety.
  • Nuts– We always have nuts on our charcuterie boards. They have a different salinity and texture than crackers. We enjoy treating ourselves to seasoned nuts such as spiced almonds, macadamia nuts, and cashews.
  • Olives– Olives aren’t required, and we understand that they aren’t everyone’s favorite, but we like their fattiness and decided to include them in our boards. There are a variety of olives available, including green, black, and stuffed with a variety of ingredients.
  • Jams and Jellies– A excellent preserve always makes an appearance on a charcuterie board since it provides a little sweetness to your meats and cheeses. We propose using a sugar-free jam instead of anything like fig preserves, which contain too much sugar.
  • Foliage– This is exactly what it sounds like: greenery to make the board appear nice. It doesn’t necessarily contribute flavor, but it’s certainly attractive! To make the board look extra nice, add some berries and plants.

How We Create Our Ideal Board

  • Cured Salami, Cured Pepperoni, and Summer Sausage from the area
  • Aged Manchego, Sharp Cheddar, and Brie Wheel are some of the cheeses available.
  • Flaxseed Crackers are a one-ingredient cracker.
  • Macadamia nuts roasted in olive oil and rosemary with salt and pepper
  • Green olives (Manzanilla) Plus black olives (Kalamata or other variety)
  • Sugar-free jams and preserves, such as blueberry or apricot

That’s what we use in our boards, but feel free to modify it up with your own favorites. You may also add herbs and fruit on your board for a more gourmet appeal.

Crackers with Keto Cheddar: How to Make Them

Do you enjoy Cheez-It crackers and want to learn how to make keto crackers that are just as delicious? This may be the perfect keto recipe for you. Each serving is packed with cheesy taste and made with almond flour (you can also use almond meal). Finally, a keto-friendly cheese cracker dough that’s free of refined carbs and gluten.


You’ll need a food processor to make the cheese cracker dough for this recipe. A baking sheet and parchment paper are also required. To guarantee that all of the keto crackers fit and bake evenly, we recommend using a big baking sheet. Finally, along with the parchment paper, you’ll need a rolling pin.


The main flour component for these low-carb crackers is almond flour. The almond flour binds the cheese together, resulting in crunchy, crispy cheese crackers that don’t crumble. We can’t have cheese crackers without cheese, so have some cheddar and parmesan on hand. We seasoned it with a touch of salt and garlic powder, but the seasonings you use are entirely up to you. Finally, you can add whatever herbs or spices you choose. We prefer rosemary or thyme, but you may also use everything bagel seasoning instead.

How to Make Cheese Crackers

It’s time to start making our cracker recipe. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, using parchment paper, line a large baking sheet.

Combine the almond flour, cheddar, parmesan, salt, and garlic powder in a food processor. Pulse and then thoroughly blend until a dough develops.

Because the cheddar makes the cheese crackers a little crusty, microwave the dough for 20-30 seconds to allow the cheese to melt. Return it to the blender and pulse it once more when it has partially melted. The dough may remain crumbly, but if you pinch it with your fingers, it should stick together.

Transfer the cheese cracker recipe to a mixing bowl and stir in your herb of choice (s). The herbs aren’t required, although they’re highly recommended. It all comes down to whether you prefer a more upmarket cracker or a childhood cheez-it. With a wooden spoon, thoroughly combine the herbs.

Fold a piece of parchment paper over the dough and place it on top (there should be parchment paper on top and on the bottom of your dough). Your cheese cracker dough will adhere to the rolling pin if you skip the double layering. The dough should be rolled out to a thickness of 14 inches. If the crackers are too thick, they will be chewy, but if they are too thin, they will break.

When the dough is laid out, cut the cheese crackers into even squares with a pizza cutter.

Sprinkle flakey salt on top once all of the squares have been cut uniformly.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is brown around the edges of your cracker recipe. Remove the crackers from the oven and set aside to cool fully. They won’t be crispy enough if they aren’t completely cooled. The cracker recipe can be kept at room temperature for about a week in an airtight container.

This recipe will appeal to anyone who enjoys store-bought cheese crackers. It’s salty and cheesy without the gluten or carbohydrates.

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit. Using parchment paper, line a large baking sheet.

  • In a food processor, combine the almond flour, cheddar, parmesan, salt, and garlic powder (if using) and pulse until a dough forms. If the dough is crumbly or won’t come together, microwave it for 20-30 seconds to melt the cheese, then return it to the blender and combine again. The dough may remain crumbly, but if you pinch it with your fingers, it should stick together.

  • Transfer the dough to a bowl, add the herb(s) of your choice if using, and knead thoroughly with a spatula or wooden spoon.

  • Fold a piece of parchment paper over the dough and place it on top. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 14 inches with a rolling pin.

  • With a pizza cutter, cut the dough into even squares, then top with flakey salt.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

  • Allow to cool completely after removing from the oven.

  • Keep crackers at room temperature in an airtight container.
